At Dressed in LALA, we want you to feel as bold as you look; if your order isn't a perfect match, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all items are in their original, unworn condition with tags still attached to qualify for a refund.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.

  Choose Refund or Exchange

  Select whether you would like a refund to your original payment method, store credit, or a direct exchange for a different size or color.

  Print and Pack

  Download your prepaid shipping label and securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all LALA tags are visible and intact.

• 4.
  Ship It Back

  Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location; once our warehouse receives and inspects the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
